1. Refund & Return Policy


Due to the intimate nature of our apparel, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. Non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they meet the following conditions:

  • Eligible Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, with original tags and packaging intact, in resalable condition; or defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, damage upon receipt, incorrect items).
  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Process: Contact support with your order number + photos/videos of the item → Await approval → Ship the item back → We will inspect the item and process a refund/exchange.
  • Refund Notes: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically processed within 3-7 business days (varies by payment provider). Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility for non-defective returns; we cover costs for defective items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened/used intimate apparel, socks, underwear, custom/personalized items, clearance/sale items (unless defective).
  • Important: Please package returned items securely to avoid transit damage. If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back at your cost.
